TIOmarkets Appoints Andreas Skianis as Global Head of Partners

TIOmarkets has appointed Andreas Skianis as the company’s new Global Head of Partners. Based in Cyprus, Skianis brings a wealth of experience, having most recently served as Head of Partners at IC Markets between 2022 and 2023. His career spans notable business development roles at leading firms, including IronFX, M4Markets, and HotForex (now HFM).

This new hire is the second significant addition to TIOmarkets in early 2025, following the appointment of Nick Jay as Chief Operating Officer (COO) earlier this month. The firm continues to strengthen its leadership team as it looks to expand its reach in the competitive trading industry.

Also, TIOmarkets operates under multiple licenses, with an onshore FCA-regulated entity (tiomarkets.uk), a CySEC-licensed division (TioMarkets CY Ltd) (tiomarkets.eu), and an offshore unit based in Mwali (tiomarkets.com). The company is led by Stefanos Mitsi, the Cyprus-based Group CEO. Malaysian businessman Manmohan Singh Balbir Singh, who also owns the Cyprus-based retail FX broker FXPrimus, controls TIOmarkets.

Moreover, Skianis shared his excitement about the role in a social media post: “I am happy to share that I have embarked on a new journey as Global Head of Partners at TioMarkets!
