XTB has revealed that Andrzej Przybylsk, its long-serving Management Board member and Head of Risk Management, will be stepping down from his position, effective July 1, 2025.
Przybylsk, who has been with XTB since 2014, played a pivotal role in the company’s risk management strategies. He became a member of the Management Board in 2019, contributing significantly to XTB’s growth and operational success. His extensive experience in the financial sector, combined with his expertise in risk management, has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to navigating market fluctuations and maintaining a robust operational framework.
Also, with a securities broker license obtained in 1995, Przybylsk’s career spans several prestigious institutions, including DDM SA, CBM WBK SA, Dom Maklerski BMT SA, CDM Pekao SA, UniCredit CAIB Poland SA, ING TFI SA, ING Investment Management (Polska) SA, and PGE Dom Maklerski SA. His wealth of experience and leadership has made him a respected figure in the financial community.
