Saxo Bank has announced a suite of updates to its SaxoPartnerConnect (SPC) platform, aimed at improving usability, navigation, and efficiency for its partners. The updates, including a refreshed main menu and a redesigned client tree, will go live on August 1.
These enhancements are the result of extensive internal collaboration, user research, and direct feedback from Saxo’s partners. The goal is to create a more seamless and intuitive user experience for wealth managers, financial advisors, and institutions using the SPC platform to serve their clients.
One of the most notable updates is the new client tree, which offers a complete hierarchical view of clients, accounts, and users. This visual structure helps partners better understand and manage the relationships between various entities within their portfolio.
Saxo has also introduced advanced search functionality within the client tree. Users can now locate clients, accounts, and users by name or ID, significantly improving the speed and precision of data retrieval. This is designed to save time and reduce complexity, especially for partners managing large client bases.
In addition, the platform now features a more user-friendly interface, making it easier to navigate and access essential tools. Saxo aims to streamline daily workflows and allow users to focus more on client engagement and business development rather than platform navigation.
The updated main menu and client tree will be accessible directly within SPC starting August 1, with additional refinements expected in future rollouts.
So, by integrating partner feedback and aligning with evolving user needs, Saxo Bank continues to position itself as a leading innovator in digital investment solutions and partner support.
