Saxo Bank has announced a series of updates to its renewal module in SaxoPartnerConnect (SPC), aiming to further streamline operations and improve transparency for its partners. The renewal module, which provides a comprehensive view into renewal processes, is to better address the needs of partners and enhance their operational efficiency.
Also, among the key improvements are several new features going to offer deeper insights and greater control over renewal processes. The introduction of a Client Risk Score allows partners to understand the rationale behind varying renewal requirements, providing clarity on the factors influencing renewal cycles.
The Renewal Type feature is to define the nature of each renewal, including the specific questions and deadlines for responses. This enhancement helps partners grasp why certain renewals are initiated and manage their responses accordingly.
Additionally, the module now includes a Previous Renewal Date feature, which supports time-triggered renewals by displaying the most recent renewal date and corresponding risk score. This update aids in scheduling and tracking renewal activities more effectively.
To facilitate long-term planning, SPC has introduced an Extended Look-Forward capability, allowing partners to view renewals scheduled over the next 360 days. This feature assists in better managing capacity and preparing for future client engagements.
Finally, to streamline document management and reduce dependence on email communication, SPC now supports ZIP File Uploads. This new capability enables partners to upload documents related to renewals, onboarding, and cases in a more efficient manner.
So, these enhancements reflect Saxo Bank’s commitment to continually improving its partner interfaces and operational tools, ensuring that partners have the resources they need to succeed in a dynamic market environment.
