He had been with Markets.com since 2018 and additionally served as B2B Chief Market Analyst at Finalto, the parent company of Markets.com, from 2022.

Before joining Finalto and Markets.com, Wilson built his expertise in financial analysis at ETX Capital, which later rebranded to OvalX, where he worked as a Senior Market Analyst. Wilson began his career as a financial writer at Axonn, a digital marketing agency, which laid the foundation for his deep understanding of financial markets and investor behavior. His experience spans several years, making him a valuable addition to Saxo Bank’s UK operations.

Wilson’s move to Saxo Bank UK comes amid a series of changes within the company. Earlier this year, Saxo Bank UK saw the departure of its Chairman, Richard Balarkas, and director Michael Ridley. In addition, Saxo Bank appointed Andrew Bresler, a former executive at InvestCloud, as the CEO of Saxo UK last year, signaling an evolving leadership structure within the firm.
