Kyriaki Iacovou Departure at BlackBull Markets After Three Years

Kyriaki Iacovou, the Regional Director for the European Union and Head of BlackBull Markets Cyprus office, has announced her departure from the company. Iacovou joined BlackBull Markets in 2021, taking on the responsibility of overseeing its Cyprus operations. Prior to her time with BlackBull, Iacovou had gained experience at Scope Markets (2018-2021) and PrimeXM (2018).

BlackBull Markets, based in Auckland, New Zealand, is led by its founder, CEO, and controlling shareholder, Michael Walker. The brokerage firm is registered as a financial services provider in New Zealand through Black Bull Group Limited and operates as an offshore entity in Seychelles under BBG Limited. The company has recently faced significant staff changes, including the departure of its Chief Strategy Officer, Benjamin Boulter.

In a social media post, Iacovou expressed her gratitude for her time at BlackBull Markets. “After more than three amazing years, I’ve decided to step down from my role as Regional Director at BlackBull,” she wrote. “I want to sincerely thank the senior leadership for their support and trust during this time—it’s been an incredible journey.”

Iacovou also reflected on her accomplishments with the company, noting her pride in helping to establish and grow BlackBull’s offices in Cyprus and Dubai. “It’s been a privilege to work with some truly talented professionals, and I’m especially proud of the opportunity to help set up and grow our offices in Cyprus and Dubai alongside some incredible colleagues,” she continued.
