XTB Signs Global Partnership with FIBA Through 2027

Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA) has entered into a new global partnership with XTB SA, as the trading platform increases its focus on sports sponsorships to strengthen brand visibility and user engagement.

The agreement runs through December 2027 and is ready to support FIBA’s commercial activities in the lead-up to two major international tournaments: the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026 and the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027. The collaboration signals a broader push by XTB to align its financial services offering with globally recognized sporting events.

As part of the deal, XTB will back the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Qualifiers on a global scale. The company will also serve as the presenting sponsor of the European Qualifiers, beginning with the third window scheduled from June 29 to July 7, 2026. This phase will mark the first major activation point under the partnership.

XTB plans to introduce exclusive experiences for its users, including behind-the-scenes access and opportunities to step onto official courts in Berlin and Doha. These initiatives aim to deepen fan interaction and create a closer link between users and international basketball events.

Through its role as a Global Partner, XTB will also leverage FIBA’s flagship competitions to promote financial education. Digital campaigns and engagement tools are expected to form part of this effort, targeting both basketball fans and retail investors.
